    Lost or Stolen Cards

    Has your Advancial credit, debit, or ATM card been lost or stolen? Here's what to do.

    Using the Advancial Mobile App or cuAnywhere® Online Banking, select Card Management on the left side menu. Select Card Controls to temporarily lock your card or select Card Maintenance to permanently block your card.

    Call us immediately: 800.322.2709 or +1.214.880.0141 for calls from outside of the U.S.

    If you're calling during non-business hours, just press 3 when you call for the Automated Teller Telephone Banking system and press 4 to report your card lost or stolen.

    Credit or Debit Card Activation and PIN Set up or Change

    Card activation, fast and easy.
     
    • Log in to cuAnywhere Online Banking and select Card Management. Select Card Activation and follow the instructions.
    • Call 800.322.2709 and say "activate card"
    • To set or change your PIN, call 800.322.2709 (U.S) or 214.880.0141 (international) to set or change your PIN. Simply say "set PIN" or "change PIN" and our Voice Assistant will walk you through the process. You can also press 3 for the dialpad menu. You will need to have your card handy.
     

    Report Fraud

    If you believe you’ve become the victim of fraud or identity theft, contact our Fraud Department immediately and we'll help you work through it.

    Taking a trip somewhere new? Let us know so that you can avoid any disruptions when using your Advancial credit or debit cards.

    Log in to the Advancial Mobile App or cuAnywhere Online Banking > Select Card Management > Select Card Maintenance > Select Travel Notification
