To enroll in mobile banking on the app for the first time, follow these steps:
- Download the Advancial Mobile App on your Apple or Android device
- Open the app and tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner
- Tap on Sign Up Today and follow the instructions on the page
The Advancial Mobile App is free to download on the App Store or Google Play. Simply search for Advancial, and it should be the first choice.

Great! No further action is required. Just download the Advancial Mobile App and enter the same username and password you use in cuAnywhere® Online Banking.
Members are not required to enroll in cuAnywhere® Online Banking prior to using the app. You can enroll in mobile banking in the app by selecting the menu icon in the upper left corner and clicking Sign Up Today.
- Log in to cuAnywhere® Online Banking
- Select Manage > My Profile
- Click the pencil icon under Edit next to your existing username
- Choose Active in the dropdown next to Mobile Banking
- Click Save
- Select Manage > Mobile Maintenance to be sure that your device and user profile settings are also correct
- Log in to the Advancial Mobile App
- Select Manage > My Profile
- Click Login Profiles and choose Create New Profile
- Follow the on-screen instructions
