- Log in to cuAnywhere® Online Banking
- Navigate to My Profile:
- Manage > My Profile

- Select the Login Profiles tab
- Under Existing Usernames, click on the Edit pencil icon

- Locate Mobile Banking and select "Active"
- Select "Save"
